Here's the whole loop, step by step — and every KeptUp screen below is an actual screenshot, not a mockup. Your client only ever sees plain text messages; everything else happens on your side.

    It starts the way it always does.

    A regular text, in the thread you already share. No link to click, no form, no "book here" — just a client asking for a time.

    Open KeptUp without leaving the conversation.

    Tap the + next to the message field and choose KeptUp. Because you moved it to the top once, it's right there — one tap, same screen.

    This is the one part you set up yourself — Apple won't let apps reorder that menu.

    KeptUp builds it for you

    Real openings, pulled from your day.

    KeptUp checks your working hours and your calendar and lays out the times you're actually free. No double-booking, no times you'd never take.

    You send it

    Tap a time — the message writes itself.

    KeptUp turns the slot into a plain "here's an opening" text and hands it to you. Read it, reword it if you like, then send it yourself. Nothing goes out automatically, so it still sounds like you.

    You book it

    Tap the time — the appointment fills itself in.

    KeptUp opens a booking already started for you: the client's name on it, the time they picked, and an optional reminder. Save, and they're on your calendar.

    Back in the thread

    A plain confirmation, sent by you.

    KeptUp drops a confirmation into the message field. Same as always — you read it and send it. To your client it's just a friendly "you're booked," with no sign a tool was involved.

    KeptUp, the night before

    The reminder does the chasing.

    The evening before the appointment, KeptUp nudges you — and you can fire off a quick "see you tomorrow" from the same keyboard. Fewer no-shows, no awkward morning-of texts.
