KeptUp lives inside Messages. Send your real openings, book the time they pick, and set the reminder — without ever switching to a calendar app.
KeptUp turns the back-and-forth of scheduling into something that happens inside the thread you're already in — so the client never gets handed off to a booking link.
KeptUp reads your working hours and your calendar, so the times you send are actually free. One tap drops them into the message.
Tap the time your client chose. It's booked, saved to their name, and dropped back in the thread as a plain confirmation.
A reminder is ready the night before the appointment. Fewer no-shows, and no awkward chasing the morning of.
Save your go-to replies once — address, parking, running late, aftercare — and drop any of them into a message with a single tap. In iMessage, and through the KeptUp keyboard, everywhere else too.
Every reply lands in the text field first. You read it, tweak it if you want, and send it yourself — nothing goes out automatically, so the conversation still sounds like you.
KeptUp was built so that a client can never tell scheduling was involved — and so nobody but you can see who your clients are.
Appointments, clients, and replies sync across your own devices through your personal iCloud account. KeptUp runs no separate server and can't see your data.
Full Access only lets the keyboard load your own saved replies and openings. Nothing you type is recorded, logged, or sent anywhere.
There's no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics selling your activity. Your client list is never a product.
KeptUp stores the information you enter to do its job: your appointments and openings, the clients you add (names and phone numbers you type in), your saved reply messages, and your app settings.
This information lives on your device and syncs across your own devices through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) under your personal Apple Account. The developer operates no separate server and has no access to your appointments, clients, or messages.
The optional KeptUp keyboard requests Full Access solely so it can read your saved replies and openings from KeptUp's shared storage. It does not record, store, or transmit anything you type in any app.
If you grant calendar access, KeptUp reads your calendar only to show which times are free when you send openings. That information is used on your device and is not uploaded.
KeptUp contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. It does not sell, rent, or share your data. Nothing is added to the messages you send to clients.
Crash and performance diagnostics are provided by Apple's built-in, on-device tools and are not personally identifying.

✉ [email protected]No. Everything happens in a normal text message. Your client just reads it and replies — they never see a booking tool or download anything.
Really. KeptUp takes 0% of your bookings, ever. No per-booking fee, no per-client fee, no cut of your sales. You get paid exactly the way you do now — KeptUp never touches the money.
A small flat price for the app — that's the whole business. KeptUp doesn't earn a cent on your payments, which is exactly why it has no reason to sit between you and your client, or to hold your money.
No. Your money never passes through KeptUp, so there's nothing for anyone to hold, reserve, or freeze. You're paid directly — in person or however you already take payment.
Never. There's no marketplace and no ads. Your clients are yours — KeptUp never puts a competitor in front of them, and never charges you for a client you already had.
Fair question. The catch is what KeptUp doesn't do: it won't find you new clients — there's no marketplace putting you in front of strangers — and it doesn't process card payments or hold deposits; your clients pay you directly, their own way. KeptUp is for pros whose clients already text them. If you need to be discovered by strangers, it's honestly not the right fit — and we'd rather tell you than sell you.
Apple doesn't let apps reorder the Messages "+" menu. Open any conversation in the Messages app, tap the +, then touch and hold KeptUp and drag it to the top. After that it's always one tap away.
Never. Every message is dropped into the text field for you to read and send yourself. Nothing is sent automatically.
Yes. Your appointments, clients, and replies sync across your devices through your own iCloud account.
